As a finance employee, you have a well-streamlined administration. Your tasks during the day are different, which gives you a lot of variety in your work. The work can range from debtor management, carrying out checks to preparing reports. You do not shy away from this and this diversity appeals to you. 

As a finance employee you are concerned with the following points: 

- Debtor management

  • o Send manual invoices
  • o Reporting and monitoring follow-up of differences towards:
  • ▪ Credit management organization
  • ▪ Sales organization
  • o Construction and maintenance of master data
  • o Reporting in monthly closing (overdues)
  • o Provide input for liquidity budget
  • o Settlement of letter of credits

- Tax authorities reporting

  • Tax return
  • Intra-community performances
  • MWST declarations
  • Point of contact within AFZ for tax authorities and related issues

- Financial accounting

  • Reconcile and control certain general ledger accounts
  • Checking processing and correcting differences
  • Ensure that control tasks are correctly carried out in accordance with regulations
  • Various activities that contribute to timely and correct completion of the monthly closing
  • Shared Service Center contact point
  • Financial settlement and reporting regarding investments.
  • Support Sr. Fin. Accountant annual accounts and compliance documents

- Other activities arising from the position

  • Complete management report
  • Taking care of various tax and CBS returns
  • Carrying out supporting executive activities for management information (entering, checking data, resolving differences)
  • Processing timesheets at the FICO department
  • Archiving documents
  • Checking declarations

Your communication skills are strong. Furthermore, you like to roll up your sleeves and be proactive. You communicate effortlessly with different departments and external parties. 

In addition, you are also a backup, if necessary, for the most crucial work in the field of Financial accounting

About the client

Our client in Zutphen specializes in making aluminum products for the food industry. From raw material to ready-made product, they ensure that the products are ready for the customers.

What we offer you:

  • The salary indication is between € 2,000 and € 2,800 gross per month based on 24 hours per week. Actual salary depends on, among other things, education and experience.
  • Temporary position for 4-6 months
  • Choice of weekly or four-weekly payment, depending on your preference.

What we ask of you:

  • HBO working/thinking level
  • HEAO Business Administration (is an advantage)
  • Mastery of the Dutch language
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
