Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee at the client, you go through a development program that prepares you for a managerial role within the company. This challenging and versatile position offers a unique opportunity to explore various facets of the company and develop your leadership skills. The ultimate goal is that you can independently manage the company and production within 4/5 years. 

The traineeship is as follows:

• Rotation through various departments: Explore and understand the operational aspects of the business by working in different departments such as production, quality control, logistics and office. 
• Project management: Participate in various projects to gain practical experience and contribute to the optimization of our processes.
• Leadership training: Complete specific training to strengthen your leadership skills and prepare for a management role.

In short, the aim of this traineeship is to make you the face of the company!
