Transport planner

What awaits you as a transport planner:

New challenges await you every day and you ensure that the operation continues to run smoothly. You are responsible for delivering packages from A to B on time and for this you maintain close contact with the drivers, customers, branches and terminals. In addition, you are someone who can respond quickly to ad-hoc situations and always strives for high customer satisfaction!

Your most important tasks:

• You take care of the planning within your region.
• Maintaining close contact with branches, terminals, customers and drivers.
• Carrying out administrative tasks, answering emails and speaking to customers.
• Coming up with creative solutions for ad-hoc situations, where you strive for flawless results.

• A salary between € 2673.04 - € 3597.37 gross per month based on 40 hours depending on your knowledge & experience, excl. shift allowance,
• ORT surcharge (Monday to Friday 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM 25% Monday to Friday 00:00 AM - 6:00 AM 30% Saturday 00:00 AM - 24:00 AM 50% Sundays and public holidays 00:00 AM - 24:00 AM 50%)
• A challenging job for 32 to 40 hours where you will be fully trained as a transport planner
• 23 vacation days + 8% vacation pay.

What we ask of you:

As a person you are independent, proactive and stress-resistant. You embrace new developments, think in possibilities and stand firmly on your feet. With good communication skills in both Dutch and English, you can communicate with international drivers with ease.

In addition, you have:

• MBO working and thinking level;
• Some work experience in a similar role or demonstrable affinity with transport;
• Excellent skills in Excel and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
