Facility coordinator
As a facilities coordinator you work for various clients in the region and you are responsible for maintaining various spaces, such as classrooms, office buildings and gymnasiums. You not only manage a team, but also fulfill an exemplary role. Your tasks include:
- Planning, organizing and monitoring the execution and quality of cleaning work
- Visiting various locations in Helmond together with colleagues and cleaning and maintaining facilities
- Identifying and reporting any peculiarities or problems and leading the on-site team

What we offer you:
Based on 32 to 36 hours per week you can count on:
- A salary between €14.74 and €16.29 per hour, depending on experience and education.
- 8.33% holiday pay and 25 holiday days based on full-time employment.

What we ask of you:
- Experience in cleaning is an advantage.
- Good command of the Dutch language.
- Living in the area of Helmond .
- In possession of a driving license B.
- Willingness to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
