Operator / Shovel operator

We are looking for a shovel operator for an agricultural company in Ruinerwold . This is a 3-shift position from Monday to Friday. In this position as a shovel operator you are gradually trained as an operator and/or mechanic. As a shovel operator you are responsible for the supply of the machines. It concerns different types of grass that are dried. You ensure that the correct grass type enters the input bin of the machine by means of the shovel. The grass then ends up in the drying drum, where the operator's work starts. The grass is dried using hot air. These machines are set to the correct temperature by the operator. Ultimately, chunks are pressed from the dried grass and these chunks must be cooled. The pressed and cooled chunks are then stored in the silo before being sent to customers. The dry season runs from May to early November. During this period we work in three shifts. Outside this season we work on the day shift and you are mainly concerned with maintaining the machines.

You will be working at an agricultural company in Ruinerwold . This company is involved in drying grass on a daily basis, which is processed into green fodder. At this company you will join a small-scale team and work in a 3-shift schedule. The company offers you the opportunity to grow quickly.

• A good salary between €15.60 and €16.98 gross per hour (excluding allowances);

As a shovel operator you have:

• Affinity with the agricultural sector;
• Experience with large machines (shovel/tractor);
• No problem with working in 3 shifts;

• Technical insight and good tinkering skills.
