Green employee

As a Green Employee you will have a varied range of tasks. From creating and maintaining green areas to providing sports and play facilities, public gardens, plantings and tree care. You are also flexible to assist with other tasks if necessary. You will become part of an enthusiastic team of 10 employees in the beautiful municipality Noord-Beveland and contribute to the image of the municipality.

The field service team consists of 10 people and a manager. The team falls under the Living Environment department and everyone is equal within this team. They have no foremen, but believe in everyone's strengths and give everyone the opportunity to do all the work.

• A salary between € 2,288 and € 3,327 gross per month based on 36 hours (depending on knowledge and experience) according to the Municipal Collective Labor Agreement

What we ask of you:

We are looking for someone who stands out through his enterprising attitude and who actively thinks along. Flexibility is not a problem for you, you easily adapt to changes and enjoy working together in a team. In addition, we expect: 

• Experience in the green sector is a big plus.
• A diploma in a green-related course is desirable, but not required if you have relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with machines and garden tools is an advantage.
• Possession of a VCA certificate is an advantage (can also be obtained through us).
