Commercial Internal Service Employee

As a Commercial Internal Employee at our customer in Waddinxveen , you play a crucial role in the sales department. You support the field service by conducting effective sales conversations via telephone and e-mail. As the first point of contact for customers, you are responsible for managing customer questions and complaints, preparing quotes and coordinating appointments. You are commercially minded, have an affinity with a production environment and have excellent communication skills. No day is the same in this dynamic position

For our customer in the area of Waddinxveen we are looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Internal Employee who knows how to tackle things. As a Commercial Internal Employee, you are the beating heart of the sales department, where teamwork and results go hand in hand.

You support the field service department with the sale of products. As the point of contact for the customer, you make appointments and register them in the system. You also send quotations and are responsible for following them up. You have regular contact with the customer to provide them with the best possible service. You are commercially minded, have an affinity with a production environment and have strong communication skills. With a lot of variety in your work, no day is the same! 

What we offer you:

• Salary indication between € 2,500 and € 3,500, depending on experience
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
• You will first come to us on a temporary basis, but with the possibility of permanent employment
• 25 vacation days based on a full-time working week
• A permanent contact person at Actief Werkt!
• Holiday pay of 8.33%

What we ask of you:

• At least an MBO working and thinking level
• Experience in a similar position
• Available for 40 hours per week
• Command of the Dutch language.
