Sales support employee

The tasks within this position are:

• Guiding and advising customers about motorcycle insurance.
• Building lasting relationships with customers.
• Recognizing and utilizing cross-sell opportunities.
• Work independently and efficiently within our customer service environment.

About the client

Our client specializes in advising on insurance and financial services. You will work in a pleasant working environment with a focus on teamwork and personal development. We offer the opportunity to develop yourself into an expert in the field of damage, business or sales advice. Our client is the intermediary who helps customers advise on the best insurance. We are looking for a customer service employee who wants to work 32 to 40 hours a week. 

The working days are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

• A gross salary between €2,500 and €3,100 depending on experience;

What we ask of you:

• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
• In possession of WFT Basic / WFT Damage or willing to obtain this through us within six months;
