Cultivation specialist

As a crop protector, you know better than anyone how to make crops grow as best as possible. Your knowledge of plant species and their natural disruptors ensures that you can properly protect the plants against the harmful effects of biological growth disruptors. You only go for the best quality and you are the specialist in cultivation and crop protection. And earn a salary between € 2,700 and € 4,000 based on knowledge and experience.

About the client

Our client specializes in growing and breeding specific crops. They only go for the best quality and therefore keep a large part of the cultivation in-house; from cuttings to delivering the crops. 

What are you going to do?

• You identify in time if there are growth disturbances and take action to prevent damage to the plants. You keep track of the causes of these disruptions
• what damage this caused and what effect your actions had on the protection of the crops
• You provide instructions to nursery employees about crop protection activities and ensure that everyone applies them correctly.
• The correct registration of the use of crop protection products

• A salary between €2,700 and €4,000 based on knowledge and experience.

What we ask of you:

• MBO working and thinking level, preferably in horticulture
• You have knowledge of plant species and their natural disruptors. You also have knowledge of how to combat them
• You are in possession of spraying license 1 and/or 2
• You live in the area of Boskoop
