As a Customer Service Employee you are the first point of contact for our customers. You answer questions, handle complaints and provide support with various aspects of our services. You communicate clearly and friendly, both by telephone and via e-mail and chat. In addition, you are proactive in solving problems and finding suitable solutions for our customers. You also regularly check whether products in stock need to be reordered. You can work independently and accurately and are available for 24-40 hours a week. Working on Saturdays is no problem for you, the working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM during the week and on Saturdays you work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
