Caretaker

As a caretaker you are responsible for the maintenance of the building. You handle reports from both the first and second lines, carry out minor repairs and regularly make rounds through the building. For this position you will work 40 hours a week. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM from Monday to Friday. This is a temporary position for the period June 10 to June 30. You will be trained for a few days in the week before June 10.

Together with your colleague, you ensure that the building is always in order. You do this, among other things, by responding to reports and minor repairs. To get an impression of the tasks you will take on, we have made an overview of them below:

• Active follow-up and monitoring of KWIS reports, ensuring that problems are resolved quickly and deliveries are made;
• Warehouse and stock management, including receiving and distributing goods;
• Preparation and handling of meetings or events, including preparing necessary equipment;
• Carrying out or supervising internal relocations.

About the client

You will work for a national facility service provider via Actief Werkt! employment agency. They provide support to various companies in the field of facility services. In this position you will work at a telecom organization.

What we offer you:

You will work 40 hours a week. When you start here you can count on:

• Gross salary between € 2300 and € 2500 gross per month based on 40 hours and depends on your work experience;
• Travel allowance from 10 kilometers one way of €0.23 per kilometer or 100% public transport costs reimbursement; 
• Choice of being paid weekly or four-weekly;
• Possibility to follow training courses via Actief Work!

This is a temporary position to replace vacation.

• Good knowledge of the Dutch language, spoken and written;
• Some technical knowledge
