As a Logistics Team Leader you are the driving force behind a team of 10 to 15 operators. Together you ensure that packages and pallets are processed and delivered on time every day. This challenging role involves working in three shifts: morning shift (7am - 3.30pm), afternoon/evening shift (3pm - 11.30pm) and night shift (11pm - 7.30am).

Key responsibilities of you as a Logistics Team Leader include:

• Coordinating the logistics processes.
• Actief consult with supervisors, operators and drivers to minimize any delays in the process.
• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow team leaders during different shifts.
• Optimizing daily activities, both in planning and execution.
• Flexibly respond to daily ad-hoc situations and changes to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Guiding and developing employees, with special attention to attitude and behavior.

What we ask of you:

• Completed MBO 3/4 training towards logistics team leader. 
• you have 2 to 4 years of experience in a managerial role. 
• you have good communication skills and speak and write Dutch fluently.
