We are looking for an administrative employee for our client to replace maternity leave. You will perform daily tasks such as booking invoices, answering emails and telephone calls and creating sales orders and invoices in Afas Profit. You also support the sales department and are involved in inventory management, including monitoring delivery times, quantities and prices. You are also responsible for arranging transport for deliveries. You also have a lot of contact with customers and suppliers.
The client is a technical wholesaler. They produce some of their products internally and work with leading suppliers to expand the range. The team consists of six dedicated employees and together you ensure that everything runs smoothly.
