Administrative assistant

As a Logistics administrative employee you are the important link in supporting our logistics coordinator. You are responsible for processing incoming and outgoing orders, working closely with customers, carriers and internal teams. Your positive attitude contributes to efficient planning for all our logistics activities.

Your main responsibility is to carefully manage inbound and outbound orders, setting priorities in a hectic environment. You really see coming up with solutions quickly as fun challenges and you also know how to maintain peace and overview. With your administrative accuracy you ensure that all processes run smoothly.

You can do this by: 

• Dealing with busy situations by setting the right priorities
• To be creative in finding immediate solutions to unexpected challenges
• Maintain composure and respond effectively during problematic situations
• Care in managing administrative tasks

What we offer you:

• A full-time position (40 hours per week)
• A gross salary of €2,800 to €3,200 per month, depending on experience
• Possibility to grow to Logistics Coordinator

In addition to your experience as a logistics administrative employee, we expect:

• That you work accurately 
• Have communication skills
• And has MBO 4 working and thinking level
