Electrical engineering project leader wanted

As an electrical engineering project leader, you are responsible for coordinating and managing projects related to electrical systems and installations. The Project Manager ensures projects are completed on time and within budget, managing teams of engineers and other professionals and communicating with customers and suppliers. In short, they are the linchpin in realizing electrical projects, from planning to implementation.

Job descriptions: 

• Project planning: Preparing detailed project plans, including deadlines, milestones and resource requirements;
• Budget Management: Managing the budget for the project, including preparing cost estimates, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings;
• Team management: Assembling and managing a team of electrical professionals, such as engineers and technicians, and ensuring that they work together effectively to achieve project goals;
• Communications :Het maintain regular contact with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to discuss project progress, budgetary issues and any changes in scope;
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality of work through regular inspections, compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and implementing corrective actions when necessary;
• Risk Management: Identifying, evaluating and managing risks that could impact the success of the project, such as technical complications, delivery issues or budget overruns;
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including technical drawings, reports, permits and other relevant documents;
• Innovation and improvement: Looking for opportunities for process improvement, innovation and efficiency within the project team and implementing these improvements if appropriate.

What we offer you:

• A nice salary between €4,400 and €6,000 gross per month;
