Service engineer

Our client offers customers the most sustainable heat pump solutions and finds excellent service essential. Become the expert in one of the new brands and share your knowledge with colleagues and customers.

What are you going to do?

• Carrying out service actions from the office and on location;
• Provide support to installers as a service technician by telephone or email;
• Resolving warranty issues;
• Develop a new brand and act as an internal and external source of information;
• Providing training for the brand you are responsible for.

What we ask of you:

• At least 7 years of experience as a service technician in the field;
• Able to work well both independently and in a team;
• Organized and with good communication skills, both oral and written;
• Experience with the Panasonic brand is an advantage.
