In this challenging role you are responsible for the implementation of the internal quality policy. Together with the team you support commercial and operational departments in the field of QA and QC. You contribute to the implementation and enforcement of the quality system, identify shortcomings and deviations, and continuously look for opportunities for improvement. As a spider in the web, you act as a point of contact for the organization and report to the QA Manager.

Your duties include: 

• Support with audits and inspections;
• Carrying out inspection rounds, hygiene codes and internal audits;
• Joint point of contact for national and international customers regarding quality and food safety issues;
• Increasing quality awareness through coaching and advising employees;
• Carrying out product checks and organizing releases.

What we ask of you:

• Some experience in a QA & QC position or internship in the food industry is an advantage;
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and systems regarding food safety and quality;
• Customer and solution-oriented attitude;
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written;
• Structured working attitude and digital skills.
