Accounts Payable Employee

As part of the AP team (Accounts Payable) you work in the accounts payable department. Pursuing customer satisfaction and continuously improving our services are the core of your tasks. In addition to carrying out your tasks, you play an active role in seeking improvements to the AP process. What are some of your responsibilities?

• Checking, adjusting and booking invoices.
• Closely monitoring the status of invoices.
• Carefully checking and following up on expense reports and aging analyses.
• Preparing insightful reports.
• Supporting colleagues in both the AP department and other departments.

• A salary of €2400 to €3100 based on 40 hours per week depending on experience;

What we ask of you:

• Proven work experience as an accounts payable employee;
• Demonstrable expertise in ERP software;
• Excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages; knowledge of other languages ​​such as French and German is appreciated;
• You have completed at least a secondary vocational education in business administration or an equivalent qualification.
