Operator

As an operator you are an expert and in charge of the machines. Your role is crucial within the production process. You have several tasks:

• You are an operator and laboratory technician in one! You take samples from the manufacturer and carry out the inspection yourself in the laboratory. Not good? You ensure that the production process is adjusted and strive for the best quality;
• You solve (minor) malfunctions yourself;
• You keep records and discuss this with the team leader. 

You work in a three-shift system, where you alternate weekly between the following shifts:

• Morning shift: 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
• Afternoon shift: 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
• Evening shift: 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM.

When working in shifts you will receive a shift allowance of 18.5%.

What we offer you:

• A gross hourly wage between €13.27 and €14.50. You will receive a shift allowance of 18.5% on this;
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer;

What we ask of you:

• You already have some experience as an operator;
• You live in the area of Veendam , or you have your own transport to get to the location;
• You are willing to work in three shifts.
