Work planner W utility construction

As a work planner, you are responsible for properly preparing our client's projects. These are mainly projects in non-residential construction and industry, such as the construction of a football stadium, renovation of a nursing home, new construction of a swimming pool, renovation of a government office building, etc. In short, a lot of diversity and fun, challenging projects. Below is a selection of your duties;

• Make plans for the projects.
• Order necessary materials for the project.
• Point of contact for suppliers, contractors, technicians and customers.
• You ensure everything runs smoothly and have close contact with the project leader.
• You attend meetings for the project to be delivered.

Our client is a leading company in the field of installation technology. They have been a well-known household name in the Friesland region for more than 60 years, offering a wide range of services in the business, industrial and private markets. Their reputation is built on craftsmanship, reliability and customer focus. Currently, approximately 250 employees within the entire organization work on various projects such as renovation of nursing homes, new construction of football stadiums, new construction of swimming pool and maintenance work at government office buildings. 

What we offer you:

• A good salary of € 3,800 to € 4,500 gross per month, depending on experience;

What we ask of you:

• An MBO working and thinking level preferably towards installation technology, mechanical engineering or similar;
• Experience as a work planner in a similar environment; or as an executor/supervising mechanic with the ambition to develop yourself as a work planner;
• Good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written;
• You have communication skills and can plan and organize well;
• You can motivate and develop people.
• Good dose of humor and you can work in a team;
