Production employee

Would you like to grow from a production employee to an operator? 

You work as a production employee in the plastic recycling industry and you are responsible for operating the advanced production machines efficiently and safely. You are part of an experienced production team and work in a 3 shift system (morning, afternoon and night). 

Your duties include: 

• Setting up, operating and monitoring production machines to ensure they perform at maximum capacity. 
• Carrying out quality checks on a regular basis. 
• Resolving minor technical malfunctions and performing first-line maintenance on the machines. 
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all safety regulations. 
• Reporting production data and any deviations to the team leader. 
• Actief contribute to improvements in the production process to increase efficiency.

About the client

You will work in a plastic recycling company in Zutphen where plastic waste is recycled into plastic granules that can be used for new products. The organization is in full development and processes are being updated and made more efficient every day, making work increasingly fun. Een modern machinery that has made wonderful developments by reusing used products for beautiful new solutions.

What we ask of you:

• MBO working and thinking level;
• Proficiency in the English, Dutch and/or Romanian language;
• Preferably experience as a production employee/operator in a similar working environment;
• Technical insight and problem-solving ability.
