Team Leader Logistics

Fancy a challenge? As a team leader at this informal but fast-growing logistics company, you are the driving force behind operational successes. You work closely with your team to process orders flawlessly from the moment they are placed in the webshop until shipment. You also get the opportunity to think about improvements in the processes, especially since they have just started with a major new supplier.

As a team leader, you coordinate the daily tasks of your team consisting of 2-3 people. Since the company is fast growing, there are opportunities to expand your team in the future. This position of team leader is a cooperative role. The main tasks are:

• Coordinate daily tasks of the team
• Receiving goods and inventory management
• Collecting, packing and preparing orders
• Troubleshooting to improve efficiency and quality
• Carrying out administrative tasks

You work alternating shifts, one week early and the next week late. The early service starts at 7:00 AM and ends at 4:00 PM. The late service starts at 1:15 PM and ends at 10:15 PM.

About the client

As a team leader, you will work in a dynamic environment that gives you the space to think along and develop further together with the organization. You will work for a number of major household names and ensure that the logistics process is arranged from A to Z.

• Salary between € 2,500 and € 3,500, depending on your experience;

• You have at least 1 year of experience in logistics, including experience in coordinating activities;
