Project leader roof gardens

As a Green Roofs project leader with our team, you are responsible for coordinating projects ranging from sedum and natural roofs to retention roofs and intensively used roof gardens. 
You will have the opportunity to provide advice to clients and will be supported by a team of professionals, including fellow project leaders and the green roof calculator. 
Your role includes both office work and outdoor activities, where you manage teams of approximately 4 professionals and manage logistics processes.

Our specialism in green roofs brings requests from all over North Nederland , from Amsterdam to Delfzijl . As part of this position you will therefore be on the road a lot!
As an expert in green roofs, we work with various customers, from governments to construction companies, and we are active throughout North- Nederland .

What we ask of you:

• Proactive and pragmatic;
• A completed MBO level 3 or 4 course, preferably in construction or a related green field;
• Organizationally strong and communicative skills;
• Experience in managing teams and familiar with the language of contractors;
• Careful and precise;
• Available for 40 hours per week with at least 3 years of experience in an executive position.
