As a logistics support employee, no day is the same. You are in constant contact with the couriers, both face to face and by telephone. Before each trip, they come to collect the suitcase for their route from you. This includes an iPad on which you have already uploaded the correct route and a pin device for the afterpayment of the packages that need to be delivered. It can sometimes be quite hectic, because the sooner the couriers start their journey, the faster they get back to the depot. Together with the driver support team, you will ensure that this goes smoothly.

When the couriers are on their way, you support the couriers and answer their questions. For example, is a customer not at home? Then you make a new appointment for the courier. In addition, you further monitor the identified problems and actively think about solutions. You are in contact with the planning, account support and the Call Center departments, so that they can take the necessary steps at any time to deliver orders to the customer on time. You also perform administrative tasks and adjust your ride data.

You are available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, of which you work 8 hours a day and are willing to work on Saturdays occasionally. 

Are you looking for a part-time position? That option is also available, in which case you must be available at least before 8 p.m. The days can be discussed in consultation.
