As a work planner calculator you play a crucial role within the team. You are responsible for making accurate calculations and preparing acquired assignments from our office. This includes managing project data, preparing schedules, work schedules and cost estimates. You also take care of purchasing and check working drawings. Een close cooperation with external partners such as suppliers, subcontractors, our professionals and of course the client is essential.

You work on a variety of projects, such as maintenance work on rental properties, schools and private homes. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talents and contribute to the successful realization of various construction projects.

What we ask of you:

• You have experience with projects, especially in renovation and maintenance
• You have Driving License B
• You have at least an architectural MBO 4 diploma 
• You have a good command of the Dutch language
