Responsibilities :

As an operator you are responsible for ensuring that our production processes run smoothly. You prepare machines, monitor process progress and ensure quality control. Your tasks include:

• Preparation of machines and raw materials
• Monitor process progress and quality control
• Managing production employees
• Reporting malfunctions and improvement proposals
• Maintenance of machines and workplaces

What we ask of you:

• MBO level 4 working and thinking level, preferably a completed MBO training in nutrition or Vapro A/B
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the food industry
• Knowledge of quality systems and willingness to work in 2 and 3 shifts
• Analytical, proactive, accurate and team-oriented
• Good communication skills and stress resistance
