Commercial assistant

As a Commercial Internal Employee at our customer in Den Bosch, you are the first point of contact for both existing and potential private customers. Your main task is to follow up on warm leads, customers who have shown interest in this customer's products and have requested a quote. With your expertise, you prepare tailor-made quotes and contact the customer by telephone. You then schedule a consultation or arrange an appointment for installation by one of our technicians. Because this is a commercial position, you work with targets together with your colleagues from the commercial office. You will end up in a young and dynamic team that strives to achieve sales goals every day.

Your responsibilities include:

• Identifying customer needs and advising by telephone
• Preparing and following up on quotations
• Scheduling appointments with customers and technicians
• Provide support for sales and marketing campaigns

This vacancy offers flexibility in terms of working hours, with options for both part-time and full-time employment, from Monday to Friday.

• This position has a gross monthly salary based on 40 hours between € 2,316 and € 3,042, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
