All-round workshop mechanic

As a workshop mechanic, you are responsible for various activities in our workshop and you work with different materials and techniques. You play an important role in the manufacturing, repair and assembly of constructions that are essential for our surface treatment processes. This also involves welding activities, which does not have to be a problem for you as a workshop mechanic.

The client is a specialist in surface treatment and preservation techniques. We protect steel and concrete structures against wear, corrosion and other influences with techniques such as blasting, preservation, high-pressure water techniques and metallizing. What we ask of you:

We are looking for an all-round workshop mechanic who: 

• Experience as a workshop mechanic and knowledge of various welding techniques;
• A technical diploma or relevant welding certificates or willing to obtain these;
• An eye for detail and a structured way of working.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Team spirit and good communication skills.
• Living in or around Weert .
