We offer you the opportunity to work as a Commercial Internal Service Employee at a dynamic company in Den Bosch. You will be the first point of contact for both existing and new private customers who have shown interest in our products. This means that you always work with warm leads.

As a Commercial Internal Employee, your main task is to follow up on quotations. With your expertise you know how to advise customers and prepare tailor-made quotes. You then schedule consultations or arrange an appointment for installation by one of our technicians. You work with a young and driven team that strives to achieve sales goals every day.

Your top 3 activities are:

• Identifying customer needs and advising by telephone
• Preparing and following up on quotations
• Scheduling appointments with customers and technicians

What we offer you:

• A gross salary between €2316 and €3042 per month based on 40 hours, depending on experience
• 25 vacation days and 8.33% vacation pay

What we ask of you:

You strive for results and are a strong communicator with a passion for sales. You have an excellent command of the Dutch language and have a service-oriented attitude. You also bring:

• Availability of at least 32 hours per week
• Experience in preparing and following up on quotations
• Good telephone skills and the ability to identify customer needs
