As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact in our organization together with one direct colleague in the Quality Customer Service team. Both for incoming telephone/email traffic and for receiving visitors. By asking the right questions you are able to make an adequate analysis in order to correctly transfer to the right department. The call is recorded and managed in the OTRS ticket system. You work from our office in Etten-Leur and have contact with stakeholders from throughout the Benelux.
In addition, together with your colleague, you perform administrative and facility tasks, including:
- Arranging hotels and airline tickets (contact with external booking agency);
- Preparation of meetings/courses (catering – meeting rooms – syllabi);
- Management of stock of office and catering supplies;
- Organization of lunches (contact caterer);
- Contact with cleaning company and co-maintenance of kitchen and pantries (provision of coffee, tea, soft drinks, cleaning coffee machine/dishwasher).

- Salary between €15 and €18 per hour, depending on experience;
- Day shift position of at least 24 hours per week;

- Available at least 24 hours - 40 hours per week, of which you are always available on Fridays;
- Have basic knowledge of the French language, to speak to customers in French;
- You work customer-oriented;
- You have some knowledge of Microsoft Windows;
