As a secretary you make a difference by:

  • Managing agendas and scheduling appointments.
  • Accurately processing incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Supporting administrative and notarial processes.

About the client

The notary office, located in bustling Utrecht , is about more than dusty deeds. With a team of 10 enthusiastic employees, a wide range of clients is treated. You can enjoy a fresh and dynamic working environment, where diversity is of paramount importance. Working hours are flexible between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday.

What we offer you:

  • Gross salary between € 2,300 and € 3,600 per month, based on 40 hours per week.
  • Good accessibility by public transport. 
  • 7-month contract with chance of takeover. 

What we ask of you:

You are a notarial assistant who communicates clearly and likes to take initiative. You also bring:

  • MBO working and thinking level.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, spoken and written.
  • Ability to work tight to deadlines.
