Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a technically skilled Field service engineer for a client. As an FSE you drive a provided lease car throughout Nederland and install and maintain medical and laboratory equipment.  As an FSE you are involved in the following activities on a daily basis:

• Installing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating and qualifying various analysis and measuring equipment in the field of medical and laboratory technology
• accordance with ISO-13485
• Testing and certifying devices in accordance with customer and IT guidelines
• Solving and/or analyzing problems
• Continuously checking and maintaining tools and equipment and documenting the steps performed and results.
• Independently creating a daily schedule (possibly supported by central order management)
• Installing and configuring software
• Training customers, partners and employees
• Communicate proactively with customers and partners.

About the client

Our client specializes in logistics services. Offer a broad package of these services in various industries. This service mainly involves delivering sensitive equipment to customers. In the warehouse at the customer's location, the equipment is prepared for use or reinstalled for a second life and then delivered to the customer. In addition to delivery, the equipment is installed until ready to start by our own staff. This means that the work at this client is broad and diverse, giving you more challenge in your position.

What we ask of you:

• You have completed a (MBO+/HBO) education in a technical direction
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• You are familiar with MS Office and have an affinity with IT, you also have good technical insight and analytical skills
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, and you also have knowledge of English
• You have a great sense of responsibility and can work accurately and independently
• You have strong communication skills and are also customer-oriented
• You are in possession of a driving license B
• Hepatitis A/B vaccination is mandatory (basic immunization).
