Financial administrator

As part of our Accounts Payable team, you will have an important role as an employee in our accounts payable department. We not only ask for the execution of tasks, but also for proactive involvement in optimizing the AP process. The pursuit of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of our service are the basis of your work.

Here are some specific tasks you focus on:

• Checking, adjusting and posting invoices;
• Actief track the status of invoices;
• Prepare reports;
• Checking and monitoring expense reports and aging analyses;
• Supporting colleagues in both the AP department and other departments.

What we ask of you:

• You have completed at least a secondary vocational education in business administration or an equivalent qualification;
• You can demonstrate at least one year of relevant work experience as an accounts payable employee;
• In addition to the Dutch language, you also master the English language; 
• You are available at least 32 hours per week;
