Mixing plant operator

As a mixing plant operator in our kitchen, you play a crucial role in preparing high-quality mixes, so that your colleagues can make millions of delicious ice creams. You are responsible for accurately compiling our ice cream mixes according to specific recipes. This includes dosing and weighing both bulk and bagged goods, and performing cooking, pasteurization and homogenization processes. You independently prepare the daily cooking assignments and ensure that sufficient ice cream mix is ​​available for uninterrupted production. You anticipate any changes in products, schedules or deviations. You are also responsible for accurate batch registration and maintaining a hygienic working environment in the kitchen and tank park. This includes cleaning kitchen equipment and ensuring a tidy work area.

For this position we prefer an enthusiastic operator/mix preparer who already has some experience in a mixing department or batch-wise preparing and mixing mixes. In addition, it is important that your availability matches our 5-shift schedule. Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM / 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.

What we offer you:

• A competitive salary based on your experience, including 5-shift allowance. 
• Shift allowance of 32% for each hour worked;
• Pension accrual from your first working day;

• You are available for a longer period of time and can work according to our 5-shift schedule.
