For our customer Avri, we are looking for an employee to check the attendance of the household waste loaders on Monday and Friday mornings. It is a nice educational position if you would like to learn the profession of intermediary or if you are still studying. If you have more ambition than described below and you function properly, we are willing to give you more tasks. Naturally, you work more hours.
Your day starts at 6:30 AM and ends around 10:00 AM. During the morning you check the attendance list to see whether all employees of Actief Werkt! are present. If this is not the case, you arrange an employee who can still start. This can be by telephone, but there are also reserve candidates at the location who can be deployed. You coordinate all this with the planner at Avri. If new candidates start that day, you ensure that they are well received and show them the way.
You guide your working flexible colleagues and answer their questions during the start of the day
You receive new employees and ensure that they can also get to work
You ensure that your administration is correct in the planning system
You are responsible for issuing work clothing for the flexible colleague
You will work at Actief Werkt Uitzendbureau, a company with more than 25 years of experience in the temporary employment sector and with more than 70 locations throughout the country. The customer you will work for is Avri, a large waste processor in Geldermalsen that processes the waste flows of 10 municipalities in the region.
