Bakery production worker

Are you looking for a challenging position as a production employee in a bakery environment? You play an essential role in producing high-quality animal food. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for our 3 shifts.

As a production employee in the Bakery department, you are responsible for dosing, mixing and emptying mixing containers. You work closely with your team to ensure the production process runs smoothly and meets our strict quality standards. Without your efforts, production will not run optimally. You can achieve this by working on:

• Dosing and mixing raw materials according to the recipe.
• Regular emptying of mixing containers to ensure a continuous production process.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Carrying out quality checks during the process.
• Report any deviations or problems to the manager.

About the client

What we offer you:

You work full-time in 3 shifts. So you can count on:

• A gross salary between €2,500 and €3,000 per month, depending on experience.
• Good secondary employment conditions, such as shift allowances and travel expenses.
• Opportunities for personal development and growth within the company.
• A temporary appointment until the end of August with a chance of extension if performance is good.

• Physical strength to handle the work.
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts.
• Experience in a production environment is an advantage, but not required.
• Accuracy and an eye for detail.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
