As a temporary employee in the customer contact team, you play a crucial role in the well-being of customers. Thanks to your efforts, every customer will be able to be helped with their order, even during the busy holiday period. Together with your team, you help more than 15,000 customers every week and through your dedication you ensure that every customer receives the attention and care they need. Your duties vary from handling internet orders to calling new customers and going through their first order. Naturally, you ensure proper administrative handling. You will receive a good explanation and a buddy if you are unsure.
Support is provided to people who are dependent on medical nutrition, such as infant nutrition, drinking nutrition and tube feeding. From referral to delivery, there is a great focus on efficiency and quality. All processes, from customer service to order processing, are managed internally. Customer service is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a team of approximately 55 employees. You will become part of the drinking nutrition team.
