At SIG we are looking for full-time production employees to strengthen the team in the cleanroom. As part of the production team, you play an essential role in manufacturing plastic caps, lids and tutjes for various food packaging used worldwide. Think of brands such as Capri Sun and Coca-Cola.

What are you going to do?

As a production employee you work in the cleanroom, where you are responsible for carrying out production work in accordance with the applicable procedures and guidelines. You will work in a controlled environment to ensure that products meet the highest quality standards and hygiene requirements. Specifically you will:

• Pack products mechanically and manually according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks on the parts produced to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure a clean and organized working environment according to cleanroom standards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

With the flexible 3-shift schedule you are always in the spotlight, regardless of the time of day! Times may vary from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. You rotate with the schedule, so every day can be a new adventure! You will receive a shift allowance of 20% for every hour worked.
