Metal worker

For a high-tech company in the area Amsterdam ZO / Diemen I am looking for a colleague metalworker (40 hours)

The metalworker colleague I am looking for will be involved in making metal parts that are mainly used for mechanical engineering. This is a very specific process in which accuracy is of great importance. The parts that are made are used, for example, for machines in the semiconductor and chip industry. The workplace is a paradise for a metal technician looking for a challenge. Where necessary, you can think about the design of parts for a customer in addition to making them with your colleagues. Sometimes you make serial parts, but you often deliver custom work. Through your work you often come into contact with industries for which you make the parts. This means that you also have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of customer processes and technical knowledge. They work in 2 shifts and the working hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and from 3:30 pm to 12:15 am and on Fridays you stop at 11:00 pm. 

The colleague I am looking for for this specialized metal process preferably has a mechanical engineering background and has completed an MBO course in this direction. She or he has his or her own transportation and is therefore able to get to the workplace independently. Finally, she or he masters the Dutch language, spoken and written.

About the client

The client is a high-tech metal company involved in the manufacture of parts. It is an internationally active company that functions as a specialist, supplier and sparring partner within a chain of high-tech companies. At the work location, approximately 60 specialists are involved in various aspects of the metalworking process. The mutual working atmosphere is very good and the client has also organized various activities to increase mutual bonding.
