Hey there, volleyball fanatic and coaching wizard!

Are you ready to turn the volleyball world upside down in Emmen ? At Volleyball Club Emmen'95 we are looking for a volleyball coach who is as enthusiastic and ambitious as we are. With approximately 350 members, with our ladies playing in the 1st division and men in the 2nd division, we are not just a club – we are a community driven by passion and enjoyment of the sport. If you are the person who will permanently strengthen our association and take our men's line to a higher level, then you are in the right place! H1 van Emmen'95 plays in the national 2nd division and consists of a nice mix of young talents and experienced players.

What can you expect from us? Well, to start with, a competitive salary of €20 to €35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. But that is not everything. We also offer career opportunities if you want to further realize your ambitions. Because we give you the opportunity, as head coach, to set up the entire men's line together with the Technical Committee (TC). Isn't that a dream come true? 

What we ask of you:

And now, what we expect from you:

• You are a pro in coaching and mentoring;
• Strategic and tactical insight is second nature to you;
• You have a background in Sports Sciences, are a Trainer A Volleyball, have a CIOS or ALO diploma, or NVVO level 1-4 or a lot of experience with sports and coaching;
• Experience as a senior trainer? Perfect, because that's what we need!

Interested?

You work 8 to 10 hours a week and your responsibilities include preparing training, improving techniques, rolling out competition strategies and setting up the Emmen'95 men's line. You do all of this partly remotely and partly on location in the Esdalhal in Emmen . Are you interested in more? Then there may be other options for more hours per week!
