What will you do as a service coordinator at SPIE?

SPIE focuses on the challenges and opportunities that arise from the development of a city. Within the SPIE Smart City & Energies department you work with infrastructural structures, such as movable bridges, locks and pumping stations. You will come into contact with impressive projects, such as the pumping station at IJmuiden , the Princess Beatrix Locks in Nieuwegein and the Botlek Bridge in Rotterdam . As a Service Coordinator you are responsible for the maintenance of these civil engineering structures. You plan and coordinate service activities, ensuring the safety of staff and meeting contractual obligations based on KPIs/SLAs. Your tasks include:

• Advising during the preparation of maintenance contracts.
• Contribute to the preparation of quality and safety plans, object and/or installation data, reports and document management.
• Drawing up and coordinating maintenance schedules, annual plans and 6-week planning.
• Purchasing parts and equipment, and arranging the deployment of service and breakdown technicians.
• Coordination of planning and activities with the customer.

What we ask of you:

To make this position a success, you are someone who likes to arrange and keep an overview of various notifications and projects. You communicate easily with different departments, such as planning and purchasing, and with the technicians. 
Do you also have:

• An MBO4/HBO diploma in the field of facility, technology, mechatronics, technical business administration or construction.
• Or demonstrable experience in a similar position such as work planner, service planner, etc.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes and maintenance management systems.
