Depending on the nature of the malfunction, you may go to the customer alone or with a colleague. As a service technician, you are the first point of contact for residents and carry out a thorough analysis of the malfunction before you start working independently to resolve it. If it is not possible to resolve the fault immediately, ensure adequate follow-up in the work order. On a typical day you resolve several glitches and once you're done, you see if you can assist a colleague. Teamwork is our top priority! On Tuesdays and Fridays you start the day by driving to the warehouse to pick up supplies, and this also provides an opportunity to have a nice cup of coffee with your colleagues.
