As a maintenance and renovation executive, you play a crucial role in various renovation projects for housing associations, large and small. You are responsible for successfully completing one or more projects within the set time, quality and safety standards. You achieve this by working closely with all parties involved within the project team.

Your tasks include guiding foremen, team members and chain partners, as well as maintaining communication with suppliers. In addition, you are responsible for monitoring the progress of the project and you act as the on-site point of contact for the client.

What we ask of you:

• Driving license B(E).
• Team player with extensive architectural knowledge and experience in both planned and large-scale maintenance projects.
• Strong organizational skills with a goal-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate team members.
• MBO+ working and thinking level in the field of construction and/or real estate maintenance.
• Experience in leading planned and/or large-scale maintenance projects.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of automation systems, including MS Office.
