As a Sales Support Employee you are the first point of contact for the customers of this company in France. You inform them about the range, prices and conditions, and ensure the smooth handling of orders and quotations.

What are you going to do?

  • As the first point of contact for customers, you provide information about this range, stock status, prices and delivery and service conditions
  • You accurately and timely record all customer data in the ERP system (Microsoft AX) and provide support in preparing quotations
  • Within the department you are responsible for all administrative tasks, including the accurate and timely processing of orders, credit note requests and requests for promotional material.
  • Sending order confirmations and monitoring customer orders with regard to delivery times and specific wishes, in collaboration with the Planning department, is part of your responsibilities
  • You handle complaints correctly and work together with the Sales team to prevent future complaints and improve customer satisfaction.

What we ask of you:

  • The focus is on providing high-quality service and quality to customers
  • You are a team player who can also work independently. You are also good at planning and organizing
  • You have excellent communication skills in French and Dutch, both oral and written
  • A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel, as well as experience with administrative processes
  • Due to the complexity of the customer base, we expect candidates with a higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level and several years of relevant work experience.
