As a Warehouse Team Leader at our client, you are the driving force behind the distribution center. Your working day starts at 1:30 PM, where you are directly responsible for managing the team in the Warehouse. You ensure efficient work planning, manage employees during the evening shift in the warehouse and guarantee the safe execution of all work. The activities vary from storage to order picking and everything in between. In your role you are actively involved in the development and coaching of your team members, you conduct absenteeism conversations and contribute to the daily shift meeting with the day shift Warehouse Team Leader.

You can do this by:

  • Workplace planning and management of warehouse employees
  • Compliance with regulations in the field of quality, occupational health and safety, the environment and safety
  • Coaching and development of team members in the warehouse

What we offer you:

  • An attractive salary between €2,800 and €4,000 gross per month on a full-time basis (depending on experience). 
  • On top of your basic salary you will receive a shift allowance.
  • Annual bonus of 8%.

What we ask of you:

You are a results-oriented team leader with 3-5 years of experience in managerial positions, preferably in food logistics. You also have a hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English. 

Knowledge of HACCP and ERP/WMS systems is an advantage, as long as you are flexible, including on Saturdays and/or public holidays.
