Are you passionate about architectural calculations? Do you feel the adrenaline flowing when making cost estimates? Then you are the ideal candidate for the role of Calculator within our Disaster Recovery Team. With us you will experience a dynamic environment where no day is the same. You are responsible for preparing cost estimates and budgets for recovery work after disasters.

It is your job to regularly visit damage projects so that you can make a good assessment of the damage and identify the necessary repair measures. Sometimes you work together with a fellow damage repair manager, project leader or executor, where their input is valuable for the calculation process.

In addition to estimating costs, you request quotes, consult the material stock and coordinate with the planning department. You ensure that all necessary information is available for an accurate calculation. Your work forms the foundation on which our colleagues can build in implementation, and contributes to the successful realization of projects.

Collaboration is central to our working method. You provide support to our branches in Almere , Badhoevedorp and Apeldoorn , working together with other Calculators. Although you are regularly present at these locations, your permanent location is in Badhoevedorp .

What we ask of you:

• HBO working and thinking level
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written
• You have VCA VOL or you are willing to obtain it (at the expense of Actief Werkt! Techniek)
