As a real go-getter, you know which activities have priorities. It is your responsibility to have the HR and Payroll administration in order and to keep it up to date in Exact online. In the dynamic team you directly contribute to improving processes and shape your own work. Every day you communicate with employees and managers about payroll administration, time registration, vacation days, absenteeism and inflow, throughflow and outflow activities.

Your top 3 activities are:

  • Processing and checking personnel and salary changes.
  • Running payroll runs and processing the output.
  • Answering HR/salary related questions and preparing reports.

What we offer you:

  • A salary between €3250 and €4000 (FT), depending on experience and education.
  • A temporary employment contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
  • 25 days' holiday, travel allowance and 8% holiday pay.

What we ask of you:

In addition to a flexible and stress-resistant team player with MBO/HBO working and thinking level, we are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in payroll administration, including PDL certificate.
  • Knowledge of Exact Online and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch.
