About the client

The organization you will work for is a manufacturer and supplier of high-quality facade, wall and ceiling finishes. With a focus on quality and innovation, they serve the building and construction industry with products that provide attractive and sustainable results. As an all-round operator you play a crucial role in the production process. You work in a semi-automated production environment, where accuracy and efficiency are central. Together with a small, driven team, you contribute to the preparation of intermediate and end products. Your tasks include:

• Accurately weighing recipes and ensuring the correct composition;
• Operating mixers and automatic filling lines in collaboration with colleagues;
• Taking responsibility for the entire mixing process and the quality of the products;
• Actief contribute to the maintenance and optimization of the production lines;
• Working according to strict safety regulations and quality standards.

What we ask of you:

To be successful in this role, we ask the following:

• Technical insight and the ability to solve minor malfunctions;
• A good command of the Dutch language;
• Willing to switch to a 2-shift system in the future;
• Possession of a forklift certificate is an advantage.
