As a planner at Royal FloraHolland, you are essential in the logistics process to ensure that everything runs smoothly and smoothly. Without your efforts, the required capacity is not guaranteed, which jeopardizes our efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your role? Ensuring that all logistics team members are in the right place, at the right time, with the right skills and in the right numbers. Your main tasks include:

  • Drawing up optimal capacity and schedule planning for the logistics department;
  • Determining the required number of employees for logistics tasks and ensuring that there are sufficient employees with the required skills;
  • Analyzing the required staffing per work process.

You work closely with team leaders, employment agencies and fellow planners to plan the required capacity for the next 4 to 10 weeks and find solutions to any bottlenecks. In collaboration with the main planner, you divide tasks within the team and coordinate the work to achieve smooth operations.

  • 27 vacation days for full-time employment with the option to purchase 10 extra days;

  • Travel allowance from 10 km, € 0.21 cents per kilometer;
