Production employee

As a production employee you work in the mold department, an important department for unique projects. Using technical drawings you can see what size and shape the molds should be. The molds, which are made of wood, are later used for pouring concrete. With the help of new and automated machines, you ensure the success of the projects. 

You will work day shifts, a 38-hour working week so that you can get home for dinner on time. 

About the client

As a construction company in Drachten , they specialize in creating and laying sturdy foundations for various projects. You will work in a team of approximately 15 colleagues, where they think solution-oriented and when it comes to collaboration. During all that hard work, they are not afraid of a joke along the way! 

What we offer you:

• A salary of €3,100 gross per month;
• A full-time job;
• Holiday pay of 8.33%;
• 5 weeks of holiday accrual;
• Pension accrual from day 1;
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km, up to 30 km;

• You have a construction-related background and understand tools;
• You are a precise worker;
• You have a VCA Basic certificate, or are willing to obtain one through us.
